Shipping & Delivery Policy

A successful Mazal sale is completed when plate ownership is transferred through Mazal custody and the competent roads and transport authority process.

• Sellers transfer the plate into Mazal's designated traffic file before Marketplace listing or Auction.
• Buyers receive ownership after payment clearance and completion of the transfer process.
• Physical courier shipping of a number plate as a retail parcel is not the default fulfilment method.

Delivery of the plate right is an administrative and legal transfer, coordinated by Mazal Operations.

• Buyer KYC and payment must be completed as required for the journey.
• Mazal arranges or supports the ownership transfer with the relevant authority.
• Government and RTA transfer fees for Platform transactions are currently borne by Mazal unless the Platform states otherwise.
• Timing depends on authority processing, document completeness and any appointment requirements.

Where a journey includes cash collection, document pickup or related custody logistics, Mazal or its appointed agent may collect from an address you provide.

• Collection addresses and fees (if any) are shown before you confirm that service.
• You must provide accurate contact and address details for a successful collection.
• Failed collections caused by incorrect details or unavailability may delay settlement.

Transfer timelines vary by transaction type and authority workload.

• Indicative timelines are communicated in the relevant journey or by Support after payment confirmation.
• Delays caused by government systems, incomplete KYC or third-party banks are outside Mazal's sole control.
• Mazal will keep parties updated where a material delay affects completion.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, standard ownership-transfer costs for Platform plate sales are covered under Mazal's then-current fee model.

• Buyer Platform fees (such as execution and clearing fees) remain payable as shown at checkout.
• Optional logistics or collection services may carry a separate fee if displayed before confirmation.
• International buyers remain responsible for any personal travel, visa or local representation costs required to complete authority processes.
